The restaurant, inside the castle’s atmospheric rooms, is open every evening year-round. Every evening a menu celebrating Umbrian cuisine awaits you, with delicious, wholesome dishes prepared directly with the organic produce of our farm: meat from local pigs and poultry, freshwater fish, local mushrooms and truffles, honey, olives, grains, seasonal fruit and nuts.

Our menus change with the seasons, and the chef’s creations are inspired by the typical rural tradition of the Gubbio area. We offer the possibility of having dinner on the terrace or in the flat. In the rooms adjacent to the restaurant, inside the castle, there are cafés and common areas perfect for private parties or meetings.
